At Flower Point Event Management LLC (Flowers Point), customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver premium-quality flowers, gifts, and decorations for every special occasion. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund process, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request is submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • For flowers item, return request should be submitted within 2 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product is not a customized, personalized, or final sale item, as these products are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  • Ship the item back using a reliable courier service.

Please note: Return shipping costs may be covered by the customer, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and customized arrangements, we generally do not offer exchanges.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

Our team will arrange a free replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • If the item does not meet return requirements, the request may be declined or a partial refund may be offered.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error.

5. Delivery Issues

Late Deliveries

We always aim for timely delivery; however, delays caused by third-party courier services may occasionally occur. If a delay affects the quality or condition of your order, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery.

Wrong Deliveries

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 5 hours of placement.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may still request a return (if eligible) after delivery.
